Walking in one is greeted by stone cold stares as you walk past the 3 or more individuals at the front desk sometimes the manager who is eating food whilst others talk or play on phones. New management equals clueless management. Management remains as clueless as ever and now we have trainers who work out on equipment during the course of the day sometimes utilizing 2 to 3 pieces of equipment concurrently.
